- Start by slicing your watermelon. Cut off both ends to create stable surfaces, then slice away the rind.
- Cut the watermelon into round slices about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
- Pat the watermelon slices gently with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Mix Greek yogurt with honey in a small bowl and spread it over each watermelon round.
- Decorate with berries, nuts, and other toppings as desired.
- Finish with a drizzle of honey, shredded coconut, mint leaves, and chia seeds if using. Slice into wedges.
Notes
